We pride ourselves on the professionalism and knowledge of our training staff and the individual service we offer. We have a specialist learning consultant team who have excellent industry experience and knowledge. In 2018/19 89% of our apprentices achieved their full qualification.
We tailor our delivery against the national standards as closely as possible to the needs of your organisation. We operate with full flexibility, dealing with small groups, individuals and we can accommodate shift patterns. We account manage every group of learners to ensure that employers are fully aware of progress and any issues or concerns are dealt with quickly and professionally. The frequency of our tutorials is greater than the industry average.
How Do We Deliver Apprenticeships?
We are an employer responsive and learner focused training provider who values the importance of partnership working from initial engagement all the way through to end point assessment.
We work in partnership with employers to fully understand their requirements and advise them on how we can best support their needs. We introduce them to our varied Apprenticeship programmes and we discuss the curriculum and how we can tailor the training to best suit each individual organisation. We understand that one size does not fit all!
We listen to the learner to understand their personal and career objectives and we advise them on how an Apprenticeship programme can support their aspirations. We carry out initial assessments to ensure the Apprenticeship is appropriate and to identify if there are any additional learning and support needs to provide the Apprentice with everything they need to achieve.
We do this by ensuring our delivery team are highly skilled, have extensive industry knowledge and have become specialists within their sectors, thus enabling them to pass their knowledge and skills onto our Apprentices.
We continually strive to improve and we quality assure everything we do. We ensure every Apprentice achieves by monitoring and reviewing their progress closely. We welcome and actively seek employer input and an employer mentor to ensure Apprentices are fully supported and employers are satisfied with our service level.
We listen to feedback, we act on feedback and we implement changes to ensure both our Apprentices and employers receive the highest standard of delivery and learning every time.
