Coaching
Transferring the learning from the training room back to the work place is essential if the true value of the training is to be realised.
Our coaching provides a mechanism for this transition and builds on the rapport developed during the training and leads to a highly-personal relationship aimed at clarifying goals, dealing with potential stumbling blocks and developing their performance. Coaching can be provided for both people new to their respective professions and to those at senior executive level!
Mentoring
Similar to coaching, mentoring involves establishing a relationship between a manager or someone more experienced and another organisation member who is less experienced.
Our mentoring is directive but collaborative, with the aim of transferring specific knowledge and skill and guiding the mentee’s activities, perhaps as part of a career development process. Every effort is taken to ensure the right fit between mentor and mentee is achieved, specific short term goals are set and the a longer term vision is defined.
